I have worked in NYC real estate for about 6 years at a couple of different law firms. Every firm has used REMMIS software for our case management — it is wonderful software for real estate transactions. It is genuinely an all-in-one solution, handling doc prep, matter tracking, client contact info, loan settlement, contract matters, etc. Not to mention the customer service is excellent. I cannot speak too highly of REMMIS.

I've used Digital RE and Close It Plus for years, and they've made a real difference in how smoothly my transactions and closings run. Digital RE keeps the whole deal organized from the start — especially now that contract prep lets me use AI to read deal sheets and auto-populate intake screens, which saves a ton of time. Close It Plus is the best closing workflow software I've used. It handles the Closing Disclosure/HUD-1 work and the entire closing process in a way that's comprehensive but still easy to use. I also used Easy Soft for years (bank work + CD/HUD-1 prep), and Close It Plus is much better for my day-to-day workflow. The support is outstanding too — whenever I ask for a feature or suggest an improvement, Lee either shows me it already exists (and I missed it) or he adds it right away. Highly recommended.
